REGISTRATION

All guests must register with the office attendant upon arrival.  Should the office attendant not be present, or should your arrival be later than 9:00 p.m., guests must register with the office attendant the following morning no later than 9:00 a.m.  All fees are to be paid in advance. At this time, we are unable to accept credit cards.  However, your personal checks are welcome.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.  If you anticipate your arrival time to be later than 9:00 p.m., prior arrangements must be made with management.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  If you wish to extend your stay for a period of time longer than originally scheduled, you must advise management by noon two days prior to the expiration of your rental period.  Otherwise, your rental space will be reserved to another guest.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

RESERVATIONS

Please contact our office regarding reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be issued in the event that it becomes necessary for any guest to depart prior to the expiration of their paid rental.

SITE AVAILABILITY

Removal of your R.V./Trailer from your site for a period of time exceeding 24 hours may result in forfeiture of your site.  Should this occur, management reserves the right to place another guest on this site.  No refunds will be given for early departure. 

VEHICLES

A two-vehicle maximum is allowed per site, including your R.V./Trailer, unless prior approval of the management is obtained.  Washing of vehicles, including R.V.'s/Trailers are not allowed.  No automotive maintenance will be allowed.  All R.V./Trailer maintenance must be approved by management prior to commencement.

LAUNDRY/SHOWER FACILITY

For your convenience, a Laundry/Shower Facility is located on site.  Hours of use are 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.  Laundry/Shower Facility is for the use of McCoy’s R.V. Park patrons only.  Please remove your laundry promptly and leave laundry room neat and clean.  Last load of clothing in the dryer must be one hour prior to closing.  Please clean out the lint traps when drying is complete.  No washing of cooking utensils.  No site trash is to be placed in Laundry/Shower facility trash cans.  Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Laundry and shower facility are not to be used as a play area.  Do not throw anything except the tissue provided into the toilets.  No pets are allowed in the facility.  No smoking is allowed.  Please keep the doors closed.  Turn off the lights when leaving the facility.  Please leave this facility as you would wish to find it.

SITE

A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE PER SITE (2 CHILDREN).  This includes guests and visitors unless prior approval is received from management. All sites shall remain uncluttered.  Destruction, defacement, or any alteration of park property is prohibited.  All property must be in the confines of the assigned space.  Clotheslines and hanging of clothes are not permitted outside the R.V./Trailer.  No sub-letting of site.   Any repairs to waterlines, meter posts, etc.  caused by guest negligence will be the responsibility of the guest and the guest may be fined for such repairs.  No generators are permitted in operation in the park any time, day or night, without the consent of management.  We reserve the right to require guests to move their R.V./Trailer from site to site within the park in an effort to accommodate additional patrons.  However, changing of assigned sites by guests is by approval of park office only. 

PETS

Two pets per site are allowed.  Pets may be walked by adults only.  Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 5' at all times.  Pets must be picked up after and not left unattended.  Proof of licensing and necessary vaccinations must be available.  Barking dogs will not be tolerated.  While dogs and other pets are welcome, they are not allowed to run loose in the park.  You must walk your pet in the designated area and not in the R.V./Trailer site area.  No pet pens are allowed.  Noisy, messy, destructive or dangerous pets will be cause for immediate eviction. No Pit Bulls or Rottweillers are allowed.  No pets are allowed in the Laundry/Shower facility or the gazebo.  No pets are to be left alone outside, day or night.  Pets are the exclusive responsibility of their owners.  Owners are financially and legally responsible for any damage done by their pets.  

VISITORS

You, as our guest, are responsible for the conduct of your visitors.  Please ensure that they are familiar with all of our Rules and Regulations before they enter the park.   

TRASH

A dumpster has been placed on the facility (adjacent to the gazebo) for your trash and garbage.  Please place all of your trash and garbage in this dumpster.  No garbage will be tolerated lying outside of your site at any time, bagged or not.  Do not throw garbage in containers located in the Laundry/Shower facility.

QUIET

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and are strictly enforced.  Radios and stereos must be turned off.  No noise-emitting equipment.  No persons in this park shall behave in a noisy or disorderly manner or engage in any activity that might reasonably be expected to disturb the peace and enjoyment of others.

SEWAGE USE

Please make sure your sewer hose is properly sealed into the connection and that nothing is put into the line to obstruct it.  Any blockage or leakage will be repaired and charged to the person responsible.  The use of formaldehyde-based waste tank treatment chemicals is prohibited.

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit throughout the park is 5 miles per hour.  (Strictly Enforced)

MINORS

Minors must have an adult of legal age accepting responsibility for their behavior.  Children under 8 must have adults accompany them at all times.  Children under 16 must be supervised all times while in the park.  Children are not allowed to play in the Laundry/Shower facility.  Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. While we welcome families and children, we cannot take responsibility for their safety or security. 

MAIL

Registered guests may have their mail forwarded to 6881 Moffett Road.  Reference must be made to the specific lot number to which the guest is assigned.  It is suggested that each guest, should they expect mail, tape their name to the corresponding mailbox located at the entrance to the park.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

Excessive use of alcohol will not be tolerated.  No open containers anywhere except at your site.  No glass beverage containers allowed outside your R.V./Trailer.

The selling, possession or consumption of illegal drugs is prohibited. 

The management reserves the right to terminate the stay of a guest with no refund for reasons the former shall deem objectionable. 

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS

McCoy's R.V. Park, its owners and management shall in no way be responsible for the personal possessions of its guests or their visitors.  McCoy's R.V. Park provides no insurance covering guests, their property, nor their visitors.  Guests are to provide his/her own personal property and liability insurance.  All valuable objects should be stored away.  The owners/management of McCoy's R.V. Park absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever to any guest or visitor. 

OTHER

1.  No discharge of firearms or fireworks will be allowed.

2.   No soliciting of any kind.

3.  All motorized vehicles are to be used for in and out travel only. 

4.   All bicycles, skateboards, motorbikes/scooters, in-line skates or roller skates etc. are prohibited in park.

5.  No BB guns, air rifles or slingshots are allowed.

6.  All prices/rates are subject to change without prior notice.

7.  You are liable for any damages. Anyone caught deliberately  destroying campground property is expected to pay for the damage          and will be asked to leave without a refund.   

8.  Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

9.  While visiting our park, you are responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations.  Owners and/or management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for detrimental conduct and/or violating any of the park rules. Should this happen, no refunds will be issued.  Non-compliance or nuisance problems will result in your being asked to leave the park  Any person asked to leave the premises will be rendered a trespasser and reported to the appropriate authorities.

10.  Management reserves the right to modify, amend or change any rule or regulation at any time without prior notice.   An effort has been made to anticipate and cover most situations; however interpretation of the rules and/or decisions not covered by the above information will be made by the owners/management of McCoy's R.V. Park.

OTHER

11.  All guests and their visitors using McCoy’s R.V. Park facilities assume all risks associated with entering this park, including, but not limited to, your persons, your animals and your vehicles.  Guests and their visitors agree that McCoy’s R.V. Park, its owners and management shall not be liable for any injury, including death, to any person caused by any use of the park or arising from any accident or fire or casualty thereon, or from any other cause whatsoever.  Guests and their visitors further agree that McCoy’s R.V. Park, its owners and management shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, jewelry, personal effects, currency, equipment, property or to any occupants or visitors of any ages while at our park for any reason, including, but not limited to loss due to fire, theft, utility failure, improper connections or failure to unhook water during freezing conditions or any acts of nature.  Guests and their visitors agree to hold McCoy’s R.V. Park, its owners and management harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses (including attorney’s fees, court and other costs) associated with the above.
